To avoid cuts, we suggest three options.
1. When cutting the challah, it’s best to cut the last bit of the challah slowly which will avoid scratching.
2. We also recommend tearing the challah pieces.
Items are personalized and can not be exchanged. We are happy to repair or replace products if they arrived broken or damaged.
