What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

Or, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Unless stated otherwise, all items are made on demand. All items Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.

Normally, once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 3-7 days to process and mark it ready-for-delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We are also working on accepting Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paytm, and other wallets.

How do I contact customer service?

Our customer service team is available Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been made, it’s final.

Will my Challah board get scratched from the knife cutting on it?

This question is asked very frequently, since our Challah boards are more of art.
To avoid cuts, we suggest three options.
1. When cutting the challah, it’s best to cut the last bit of the challah slowly which will avoid scratching.
2. We also recommend tearing the challah pieces.

Do you accept returns?

No.

Can I exchange an item?

Items are personalized and can not be exchanged. We are happy to repair or replace products if they arrived broken or damaged.
